The 2023 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting (the “Meeting”) of Taiwan Styrene Monomer Corporation (the “Company”) will be convened at 09:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Conference Room on the 8th floor, International Convention Center of Chang Yung-Fa Foundation (No.11, Zhongshan S. Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei City, Taiwan). II. Shareholders could exercise their voting rights through STOCKVOTE platform of Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (https://www.stockvote.com.tw) during the period from April 30, 2023 to May 27, 2023. III. During COVID-19 epidemic period, shareholders are encouraged to make use of the electronic voting.
